Our engineers are Ajax Academy trained, and we are an authorised Ajax installer. Where a system is professionally monitored, that monitoring is provided through an NSI Gold accredited alarm receiving centre. That accreditation belongs to the receiving centre rather than to us.

What happens at a free survey?

An engineer walks the property with you, looks at the entry points, the sight lines and the existing wiring, and talks through what a sensible system would cover. You then receive a written quote. There is no charge for the survey and no obligation afterwards, and we do not send salespeople.

Do you work with businesses as well as homes?

Yes. We fit security systems in shops, pubs, restaurants, offices, workshops and storage units, and in homes across Glasgow and the central belt. The equipment is the same; what changes is the coverage, the grading and how the system is managed day to day.

Are there ongoing costs after installation?

Two things can carry an ongoing cost: professional monitoring, which for an intruder alarm is usually somewhere around £10 to £30 a month as a guide, and the servicing that keeps a system reliable. Both are confirmed in your written quote before any work starts.

What happens if my security system breaks down?

Installations are covered by warranty on parts and labour, and our engineers are local, so a fault call reaches someone in Glasgow. Many faults can be resolved remotely. Where an engineer needs to attend, we agree a visit with you when you call.
